Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to file your claims. If hospitalized, you should contact us right away or as soon as possible.
StudyInsurance will immediately open a claim file and assign a claim number.  FORWARD AND COMPLETE ALL THE REQUIRED FORMS.

Step 2: Fill out and return claim forms

You must fill out and return all claim form. You may receive more than one form to complete, depending on your home province or territory and the type of insurance being claimed.

Step 3: Provide additional documentation

You may be required to provide additional documents such as original, itemized bills for related expenses. To ensure completion and proper processing of the claim, and verify that it is in line with the terms and conditions of the clients' purchased policy.
